First time in the history of school education in Goa, managements of schools are being asked to go to the Minister to create or fill posts, representatives of school managements have said. They also say that approvals are given only to fill vacancies on contract basis for three years which is detrimental for students. However certain preferred management of about 10 to 15 schools are given permissions to create permanent posts.
