In this video, I am sharing a realistic what I eat in a day to lose weight. These meals are simple, easy, and fast, which helped me stay consistent. I was in a calorie deficit, but I did not count calories.

- I only drank water with these meals
- I would usually eat my first meal after 11 a.m.
- Eat when you're hungry, chew slowly, and stop when you are full
- I ate fruits like apples and watermelon
- I usually ate twice a day because that was when I was hungry, so I would make 2 of these meals
- For snacks, I ate fruit, nuts, dark chocolate, and popcorn.

You can use this as inspiration to help you find what meals work for you on your weight loss journey. You want to make sure to eat food that you enjoy and that you can easily make.
