As for translation credits I have no clue who translated this, I found it from this Tumblr post where they say that they actually found it from an Anime Suki forum so I'll just link that post here:

They also seemed to have thought it was from the official book but like I said in the video I think people were just translating that one page from the doujin thinking it was from the official visual fanbook.

Also if anyone knows who I can credit for the translations then please let me know!
