*Program Overview:
Target Audience: Students from Class 3rd to 9th in government and government-aided schools.
Program Model: 1.30 hrs -2.00-hrs. interactive workshops covering health awareness and life-skills.
Content: To be Provided by BharatCares, focusing on key areas like hygiene, health and sanitation.

**Program Scope:
Phase 1 (February-March 2024): Reaching out to at least 6,000 students per district.
Phase 2 (June-December 2024): Reaching out to a total of 25,000 students per district.
BharatCares will provide the training and funding support to the selected organizations for the workshops delivery to cover the cost of human resources and logistics.

***Eligibility Criteria:
Registered NGO or an education-program focused social enterprise, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing education-related programs in a particular district
Proven experience in conducting workshops and training programs for school children.
Strong network and partnerships with schools and education authorities in the target district
Dedicated team of qualified trainers and facilitators with expertise in BCC and adolescent development.

****Selection Process:
Interested NGOs/Social Enterprises must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form, given in this announcement
Each organization can apply for maximum 2 districts
Shortlisted organizations will be contacted by the BharatCares Team
