In this seventh episode I tackle the Lakes and Dales Way, a 200 mile (320km) route that uses quiet country lanes, taking in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, Eden Valley, Morecambe Bay, and West Cumbria.

My tripwas over two days with an overnight stop in the Premier Inn at Ulverston.
