Very tasty and original dish of potatoes and minced meat. The most affordable ingredients that are always at home. Just potatoes and minced meat, but it turns out a beautiful and unusual dish. Such potatoes with minced meat can even be prepared on the festive table. I really liked this idea how to cook potatoes with meat! It turned out incredibly delicious! I used minced pork for this recipe.

To cook potatoes with minced meat in the oven:
Potatoes - 800-900 g
Milk - 3-5 tbsp.
Butter - 30 g
Dill - a small bunch
Minced meat - 450 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Cheese - 50 g
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
Yolk - 1 pc.

1. Boil potatoes in salted water. Make mashed potatoes by adding milk and butter. Add finely chopped dill.
2. Very finely chop the onion. Mix minced meat with onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Take 1/6 of the minced meat with wet hands and form a round cake. Put a piece of cheese in the center and form a ball.
4. Take 1/6 of the mashed potatoes and form into a round cake. Put a ball of minced meat in the center and form a ball.
5. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. Lay out the potato balls.
6. Lubricate with yolk.
7. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
