The "final" Observation for HJR 803 was held in Legislative Plaza on Wednesday July 31st at 6:30pm with some state Representatives and Senators participating as well as prayer leaders from across the state.

Thank you Rep Monty Fritts for introducing this bill before the House and to you Senator Mark Pody for introducing it before the Senate. Nicole Ussery stated 75 bills had been drafted this year, but only 15 could be voted on into law.

That means the very fact that it was accepted as a bill and that both sides of the aisle in the House and Senate voted for it and that the Governor endorsed it with his signature was a bonifide miracle.
