A lot has been happening in the small rural town of Dungog, an hour north of Newcastle.

They have dug in to making the best FREE flow trails in the Hunter Region. The newly renovated and extended trails within Dungog Common consist of an epic flow trail, a huge 15km cross country loop and the beginning of another flow trail on the way.

The flow is nothing like we've seen in this part of NSW. Huge berms, smooth table tops and the potential to fly have us hooked. Enjoy our race down the flow trail and as the ending states, we aren't finished with Dungog Common yet!
