Sunny, What are the differences between PermaRoof and PermaRoof Commercial?

PermaRoof and PermaRoof Commercial, the difference. Bit of a history here – PermaRoof, as you may know, have been predominantly within the domestic market for the last twenty years. Domestic market being your DIY market, through merchants and so forth. So, PermaRoof actually furnishes that end of the client base, which is the merchant client base, where people can actually go in a purchase products.

PermaRoof Commercial is the advent of the success we’ve had within the domestic market, we’ve now moved into the commercial market, because there’s another aspect to the flat roofing market and that is commercial specification projects.

So, those are the two differences between PermaRoof, where they have their stockists and PermaRoof Commercial, which is the large projects that we deal with for clients – compliance, specification, built-up roofing systems and so forth, so it’s a marked difference, where we have PermaRoof – the merchant – you buy and that’s where it ends, commercial is an ongoing process where we support that project from start to finish.
