An impromptu wild camp and short walk at Bradwell-On-Sea on the Essex coast. Been here several times before and knew of a good spot to camp, Candice had never been here before and wanted to try out a 1 person tent for the first time. I leant her my Jack Wolfskin Gossamer 1 tent. She now LOVES it!

I used my Rab Ridge Raider hooped bivvy bag for the first time ever at Bradwell-On-Sea, last time there being with Tommy and we used a tarp and bivvy bags.

There was a tunder and lightning storm and some rain during the night, but generally just sunny with a coastal wind. Lots to see on the route, we did a 6.5 mile circular walk of the northern tip of the Dengie Peninsula.
