I got to try Israeli Yellow Dragon Fruit, not to be confused with the Yellow Ecuador Palora Dragon Fruit. I tried a bit of one while a the store and it had a slight tartness to it. They have a light flavor, with moderate sweetness. Overall I enjoyed them.
