Welcome back everyone to a new video, and today i am back with ‪@onestopculturaltoursja‬ and her friend LJ. Today we will be exploring The Blue Mountain Range of Jamaica but more specifically John Crow Mountain. Driving up this mountain was an absolutely beautiful scene the whole way up with lots to learn. Fortunately for me LJ is a native to these mountains and he gave me a lot of knowledge on coffee making and how to survive up in these hills. The most memorable part of the day for me was driving through the JDF (Jamaican Defense Force Base) as i am a military guy myself, so it was amazing to envision what life must be like for these young soldiers in boot camp. We continue our drive all the way to Holywell park which borders St. Andrew’s parish as well as Portland. This is a pretty well known camping spot here in Jamaica and foreigners and locals alike all come here for a weekend get away. There is plenty of space for a family function or even to have your own private camp site or even a cabin that is here on the property. Is this JAMAICA’S BEST Camping Spot?
