I've been training for IKFF's level one kettlebell instructor certification since January. Now it's finally time to test. My skills + technique will be graded by Steve Cotter (   / ikffchannel  ) and the rest of the world on YouTube. Will I pass? My fingers are 🤞.

IKFF Men’s Level One Kettlebell Cert:

1.) 20kg x 100 hand-to-hand swings (not timed)
2.) 20kg x 32 clean and press/push press (4 mins to complete)
3.) 20kg x 60 one-handed snatches with one hand change (not timed)
4.) 20kg x 30 full squats below parallel (2 mins to complete)

*All movements must be performed in succession with no rest in between.
