In this video, I am going to explain why more than 90% of people fail in network marketing. Only 10% of people get success in MLM. This because we follow the wrong old school training method. We straightway train new distributors with basic training, whereas we should have started with fundamental training. 60 to 70% of network marketers are either posers ar amateurs; they are casual networkers. Only 30 % are professional networkers. Till success rate is only 10% because of lack of proper training. We should follow the steps like this:
1. Mindset
2. Right Belief System
3. Effort
4. Skill Development.

• Mindset is so important. You will have to start with the mindset that you are a professional networker,
• you need to believe that your leaders have chosen the right path, and you can also achieve the top position. Your belief should be permanent, not temporary.

Next is effort. You need to do List Building, Invitation, Plan Show, Closing etc.
Your success depends on two things - Your effort and your skill.
Put your effort one hour at least every day
Develop your skill like leadership skill, communication skill, a technological skill every day.

Another reason for failure is over-dependence on motivation. You should not depend on motivation only; you should rely on habits.
