As promised, here is the video of the mating shafts for the large sprockets.

These start out as chunks of 3 7/16" 1045 TG&P, and get turned down to accept bearings and a keyway.

The Monarch Lathe makes quick and easy work of the turning, and the Bridgeport mill finishes out the keyway. A simple and easy job for Topper Machine LLC.
