Stuffed Ravioli and Homemade Tagliatelle
In this video I make ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach
and the noodles, using the same dough.

Ravioli and tagliatelle dough ingredients.
400 grams plain flour
200 grams semolina flour
4 eggs
half a glass of water.

Stuffed with ravioli
200 grams flattened
250 grams ricotta cheese
salt and pepper
20 grams hard cheese

Ravioli sauce
a thinly sliced onion
a little butter
cheese
salt pepper parsley
