Episode 19. We leave Brisbane for a day trip out with our good mates Terry and Charlotte to discover one of Queensland's premier country destinations.....Stanthorpe and the Granite Belt. Known for its wines and apples and one of the only places in Queensland to get snow. We start of our trip at the heart of the Granite Belt at the Big Apple in Stanthorpe surrounded by apple orchards. We try one of the best apple pies you will ever have at Suttons apple farm. We visit the Stanthorpe cheese factory, Castle Glen and then enjoy a afternoon on the Strange Bird Wine tour. First stop Kominos Wines then onto Ballandean Estate Wines.
